Bashker “Bob” D. Biswas, Ph.D. is a Senior Professor and Faculty Chair at DeVry University and its Keller Graduate School of Management. Dr. Biswas has authored and co-authored many articles in Accounting and Finance applied to Human Resource Management and has published two books: Compensation and Benefits Design: Applying Finance and Accounting to Global Human Resource Systems & Employee Benefits Design and Planning, A Guide to Understanding Accounting, Finance and Tax Implications. Dr. Biswas has spent almost 52 years in the field of HRM as an in-house professional all the way from an analyst to a VP of HRM, including as an HR Consultant in organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Professor of HRM since 1984.
